poor excuse for poor quality clothing

I too bought a pair of jogging bottoms for my son in dark blue. The colour has faded and they have shrunk by a lot ! Age is 11/12 and they don't even fit my 8 year old. JD sports agreed and sent them back for analysis and today they were returned to me with the reply that I too have not followed the correct instructions on the care label. I have followed the care instructions and washed them together with the cheap primark joggers which do not shrink or lose colour. I doubt any so called analysis has been undertaken judging by the signature and would question why they don't just stipulate hand wash only. You can even tumble dry on a moderate heat according to the care label ! Total waste of money

I recently bought a t Shirt for my son from hype , after the first wash the colour bled from the burgundy sleeves leaving the t Shirt pink.!!! Not ideal for a 14 year old boy.I emailed hype to ask for a refund / replacement but their reply was no it's not our fault its the way I washed the t Shirt,I washed it with white washing on a 30 degree wash.!!! How could I have washed it any safer.? I am disgusted with hypes attitude ,I thought they were a good company not one that ignores customer issues.
No customer service skills, obviously just after peoples money with no concern or aftercare for their products.
