After receiving my dress a week late it arrived damaged and huge patches of sequins missing all along the seams. I tried to contact the seller via email but recieved no response. I returned the dress by recorded delivery which I had to pay for have sent 5 further emails and weeks later still no refund! I have submitted a claim via PayPal to which the seller claimed they had not recieved the dress. After sending them proof I again have been waiting another 5 days for a response! I wish I had read these reviews before. How is this company allowed to get away with this?

I purchased an amazing dress and swimsuit from this website - the dress was out of stock in my size so they ordered one in for me and it fitted like a dream :) highly recommend!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Not bothered about helping you out once you've purchased your goods! All there after is your money! Will not be ordering from these again!!!

Order a dress and a chocker kneckless off this site, absolutely love it!! Fits perfect. Customer service was brilliant, helped me out a lot x

Ordered a dress it didn't fit me so sent it back, on the same day I sent 2 other dresses back from different company and in 10-14 days after they refunded me no problem! But want her wardrobe hasn't refunded me they wanted proof of postage which I emailed them and now I'm being ignored via email and I still haven't been refunded! Do not buy from this company!

Ordered two dresses off of this website and they came and where completely the wrong size. Emailed them and yet apparently cannot return even though its not been 14 days!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! Purchased a dress for my daughter which when arrived more than a week late was nothing like advertised.
No response to emails, company (or whoever Lydia Jones is ) say my return never arrived. I cant get refund as item was on sale ?? But they automatically took money off as first order !!! Dress was still £40 but looked as cheap as ...... There is no phone number for their registered office which is a different address to where you return item.
This is not a legit company and I so feel for all the young girls that will get conned by this website but I am certainly taking this further !!!!

Do not buy from this company, the clothes are not well made at all for the price, i paid £62.99 for a dress plus postage, the dress stitching came apart in two separate places just after putting the dress on, when i returned the dress recorded delivery, they at first did not get in touch, after me chasing them firstly by email, then thru paypal to get a response, they had the cheek to say the dress was sent back with black marks on. I can reassure you this NEVER had any marks on the dress and i believe they are lying to use this as a get out clause for sending out such an ill made dress. Not only did i pay postage to have the dress sent to me and then pay to send back they are refusing to refund my money or supply a new dress. I am currently going thru paypal to try to sort this, but please be very very vary if you use this company, i will never use again and i buy all my clothes online and never had a problem like this before with the numerous companies i use

Ordered three dresses from Want Her Wardrobe for my birthday and had the most terrible experience.

To cut a long story short, I would warn do not spend lots of money on this website and if you do, do so at your own risk!!

2 months later, after returning the dresses the day I received them through second class signed postage I am still waiting for a refund of £168.

Contacted the company numerous times, who take on average around 48+ hours to ever reply to emails.

Frequently my emails have bounced back as informing me that the mail box is currently "too full" to receive any new messages (You can only assume why this may be).

I have never written a review on a company before, but as a 21 year old student who can not really afford to be £168 out of pocket and without three dresses I just wanted to warn you so nobody has the same experience!

I thought this website was the new Asos/Boohoo/Missguided and was so excited at all the options and styles on offer. The dresses looked nothing like they did online, I ordered a dusty pink dress which actually came a dark camel colour and the sizing was so small.

I am 5"4, usually a size 8-10 with a 32 inch bust and 27 inch hips, could not get the "Small" size past my legs.

Just be careful! Out of pocket, horrendous customer service and from my experiences dresses sent out are NOT the same as those pictured on the site.

I purchased a skirt from them over a month ago, when I first wore it I noticed a tear in the seam. I had it on only for an hour when I noticed it so was hardly something that was done through my own wear and tear, I contacted the company 4 times before someone responded ,I sent messages through facebook (which when I was initially purchasing they was more than happy to assist me through facebook until there was an issue) , they read my message and didn't respond, I commented on there instagram for them to get in contact with me , and they deleted my comment, it took up to 2 weeks for them to finally respond
And still this 4 weeks later this matter has not been resolved and it is only today that i have got any correspondence back ,something that could had been so simple they have dragged on for too long
I won't be purchasing from 'wantherwardrobe' again
