Damaged Goods and Appaling Customer After Care

I bought a bathroom suite and the bath was damaged. I could not inspect it as I had no room in my small flat to unpack it not could I lift the bath to inspect it. Victorian Plumbing have been slow, unhelpful and are blaming me for not inspecting it on delivery. Their customer after care is a disgrace and the time to respond is shockingly slow! I would NEVER recommend anyone use them and will never buy from them again. The goods are poorly packed, badly shipped and I had to pay £50 just to have it take from the street to my flat. The price you see is full of hidden extras that push the total cost up. My advise - look around at other suppliers.
