Bought a rather expensive bottle of flower bomb edp from here,it was dispatched from 3rd party seller. Anyway it arrived and must be really old stock because it has hardly got any smell compared to similar items in high street stores. Contacted customer service chat as they don't even let you speak to a human, anyway apparently if I send it back at my expense they will see if it's faulted, so basically unless they have a spare bottle of the stuff knocking about from perhaps John Lewis to compare it with or wear this perfume themselves they wouldn't know what it was meant to smell like anyway.
Feel totally ripped of and I very much doubt if I will buy anything else from studio again

Very Poor standard of quality on many items, filthy dirty and or broken also. Late or no delivery. Returnable items at your own cost then many do 'not arrive' back at company so no refund. Many items not as advertised, size or colour wrong etc. Customer services i struggled every time with language barrier and were extremely unhelpful and or had a snippy attitude. When i first started shopping here i loved it, great value, nice things but they have rapidly and immeasurably declined. Im out.

Want to return item but no returns invoice what was I told go and knock on a neighbours door to see if they have one absolutely disgusting. Told flatly I can't return. I did cancel day after but low and behold tuned up
