This company is disgraceful. My 13 year old daughter ordered £350 worth of jewellery without my knowledge using my phone. I emailed the company 6 minutes later to inform them this was an unauthorised purchase from a child and I needed to cancel the order. Kianna emailed me back saying they do not offer cancellations and the order will stand and there is nothing they can do. Completely unethical and have absolutely no scruples
