Dreadful customer service!!!

Bought a bathroom from Better Bathrooms and discovered a fault with the shower. Despite promises from Better Bathrooms to replace it I am still waiting almost 4 months later. While this company is happy to take your money they don't want to know when things go wrong!
The customer service centre are rude and dismissive and having contacted them in excess of 15 times I am now going to have to resolve this through the small claims court.
