Shops Like Halfords

I hand both headlights changed and found the process very simple. The charge for changing the bulb was very reasonable. Jamie changed the headlights on my vauxhall zafira and much to my surprise vauxhall have made it very difficult to do it. Jamie kept on smiling and did the job very well.

i recently bought a girls bike for my 7yr old, from halfords at burton on trent store, After a week the handle bar grips were sliding off and started to tear at the ends and the gear selector went fault woul not change to the desired gear, so i took the bike back i told the assistant about the problems, he was defensive and most uncoperative towards my situation, he blamed my daughter for the problems, regarding gear selector, and the handlebar rubbers rips, I told him that the bike is under warranty and the work and replacement should be done without a question, he was rude and dismissive, he said that the gear selector would be only repaired and nothing else. I mean whats the point of a manufactures warranty. I would nver shop at halfords again, their ,bikes are rubbish and customer service is terrible, just beaware when buying bikes from halfords its not all thats cracked upto be
