Extremely poor customer service!

I thought I had found the perfect online shop for attractive clothing for larger ladies in Curvissa. I was wrong! Unfortunately their customer services fell far short of any online shopping service I have ever used. I ordered a dress on13th June priced at £105 for a wedding. The delivery day was 20th June, the dress did not arrive, the next delivery day was 27th June, again the no delivery. By now the wedding had come and gone and I had purchased another outfit. I contacted Curvissa to ask for a refund, but they said that the dress had been delivered and they had a signature, I asked to see this proof as the dress definitely not been delivered to me, they said they could not do this. Two weeks and many emails and phonecalls later a dress turned up, I returned it the same day. Two weeks later Curvissa said they still had not received it. To this day I STILL have not received a refund, (they say the cheque is in the post, even though I paid by debit card) a whole two months later! Don't use this company they steal your money! I have referred the matter to Trading Standards.
