no help whatsoever, been tweeting and messaging on Twitter and no response to why they have "refunded" me without my request (I know I have the money for it) and the "REFUND" hasn't actually been paid, so I am out 60 ish quid whilst they have supposedly refunded me and I'm not getting the items I was relying on for an event. biggest let down ever, upset and annoyed doesn't even cover it!!!!! 0 stars
