Reid furniture delivery terrible!!

I bought furniture from Reid furniture and paid £30 for delivery. I was given a choice of days and i chose Wednesday. I was informed that i woulr receive a phone call on Tuesday night to inform me of a time slot. I received no call. I called in the morning and after 30 mins on the phone I was told anytime between 12 and 3. At 4pm I called again to find out where my furniture was and was told by the same person that I had spoken to in the morning that they are not allowed to give time slots and they wouldnt do that! Eventually it arrived and it was all fine but that is certainly one day of my life that im not getting back!! If you are getting your furniture delivered, please expect to be sitting in the whole day, no matter what they say!
