my tv with knowhow premier cover broke down.they picked it up on sun 23rd dec for repair,as they didn't leave a replacement tv,i pointed out that I had premier cover with knowhow,they state we will repair your tv,&leave you another till yours is fixed.they haven't,they then use the smallprint to back them selves up.but the package they gave me with knowhow clearly states on the front we will repair and leave you another tv.this is what they give all there costomers who take out insurance.this is a false statement.they then say in the smallprint it reads.ONLY IF WE HAVE ONE SPARE,WHICH THEY DIDN'T,IN THE WHOLE OF BRITAIN,THIS IS VERY MISLEADING TO COSTOMERS,THEY HAVE LEFT TWO OLDER PEOPLE ONE 65 & 60 DISABLED WITH NO TV OVER THE XMAS PERIOD,& THEY COULDN'T GIVE A TOSS. GARY KIRKBY SO WHERE DOES THIS PUT YOU IN THE SHOPPING LIST.
