Ordered a tv for next day delivery, didn't come. Despite having an email that states good news your items have been dispatched.
After numerous phone calls I am told that means they are out of stock
Take money, say dispatched means out of stock

I recently ordered a tablet from Tesco Direct for my nephews birthday. It should have arrived on Friday, but didn't turn up. I was told it would be there Saturday (day of the birthday) but again it didn't turn up, then I was told it would be there Monday, but yet again it didn't turn up so I asked for a refund. Every time I went to the shop to collect it the attitude I got from staff was that as it was coming from a 3rd party company there was nothing they could do, shrug of the shoulders go away please. I have complained to Tesco Direct and all they did was blame the other company. No apology or customer care, just phone the other company and complain, we're not interested.
